Mothers Awareness about Appropriate Handling with Newborns and Infants - Correct Psychomotor Development

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá psychomotorickým vývojem novorozenců a kojenců a také vhodnou manipulací s nimi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první polovině teoretické části zmiňujeme nejprve charakteristiku novorozence, jeho smysly, reflexy aj. Ve druhé polovině teoretické části se zabýváme charakteristikou kojence a jeho vývojem měsíc po měsíci. Dalším obsáhlým tématem teoretické části je manipulace s novorozenci a kojenci podle paní Evy Kiedroňové. Praktická část se zabývá informovaností matek o této problematice a byla uskutečněna díky dotazníkovému šetření. Výsledky jsou zpracovány pomocí tabulek, grafů a slovních komentářů. Do přílohy jsme zpracovali také diskuzi, která srovnává práce na podobné téma.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with psychomotor development of newborns and infants and proper handling with them as well. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and prac-tical part. We mention characteristic of a newborn, his senses, reflections etc. in the first half of the theoretical part and then we deal with characteristic of an infant and his devel-opment month after month in the second part of the theoretical part. Then there is another expansive part about handling with newborns and infants according to Mrs. Eva Kiedroňo-vá. Practical part deals with mother awareness about this issue and it was accomplish due to the survey. Results are presented by tables, graphs and verbal comments. There is also a discussion which compares similar thesis in the attachment.
