Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základními poznatky v prostředcích vhodných pro obranu žen. Práce se věnuje stručnému přehledu vhodných prostředků, i modelových situací. Spousta lidí z naší společnosti již zažilo různá přepadení, ať už byli pouze svědky, či se stali obětí napadení. Mnoho z nich si ale pořád myslí, že je zcela zbytečné investovat do prostředků osobní obrany. Většina žen má strach procházet se večer po ulici, nebo parkem. Kdyby však měly alespoň základní znalosti sebeobrany či vlastnily např. osobní pepřový sprej, jistě by se cítily mnohem lépe.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the basic knowledge of means of defence used especially by women. The project follows brief summary of useful defence means and typical model situations. Many people have already experienced various types of agressive behaviour, some of them have been witnesses of such a situation, others have been assaulted. They think that it is not important to invest money into various means of defence. However, majority of them (women) are afraid of going down the deserted street or park in the evening. If they had at least the basic knowledge of self-defence or if they owned for example a pepper spray, they would feel much better.
