Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zabývám sledováním pohybových aktivit a inaktivit u dívek od 11 - 15let v severočeském kraji. Snahou bylo zjistit, jaký vztah mají dívky k pohybovým aktivitám a inaktivitám v Ústí nad Labem. K výsledkům byl použit standardizovaný dotazník s otázkami na téma: cvičení ve volném čase, sledování obrazovky, sledování důvodů k necvičení, dostupnost zařízení, sociální podpora účasti na cvičení, vlastní přístup ke cvičení, hodnoty a názory na cvičení a doplňující dotazy pro dívky. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit rozdíly PA vzhledem k věku, vlivy a příčiny, které vedou k PA a inaktivitě a převážně i ke zmapování životního stylu dívek ve věku od 11-15let.

Abstract:

In this diploma work I deal with monitoring motion activities and inactivities of girls aged 11-15 in Ústí nad Labem region. Its plan was to discover what attitude towards motion activities and inactivities do the girls in Ústí nad Labem have. To find out the results, a standardized questonnaire with following questions was used: exercising during free time, watching television, monitoring reasons for non-exercising, availability of facilities, social support for participation in exercising, their own approach to exercising, values and opinion on exercising and supplementary questions for the girls. The target of this work is to learn the differences in motion activities with regard to the age, as well as influence and reasons which lead the girls to motion activities and inactivities and mainly to map girls - lifestyle in age 11-15 of years.
