Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vegetativního rozmnožování rodu Betula se zaměřením na množení Betula pendula var. carelica Merkl. metodami mikropropagace in vitro. Nejdříve je popsána možná metodika množení, na jejíž základě je dále proveden pokus o založení kultury. Při tomto pokusu byl sledován vliv sterilizace na kontaminaci a stupeň mortality v průběhu času. Pro založení kultury byly použity …moreAbstract:
