Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Probační a mediační službou České republiky za měřenou na děti a mládež. Je zde popsána činnost probační a mediační služby, historie, vysvětleno, co znamená probace a mediace. Dále jsou obsaženy rizikové faktory, které mají vliv na delikvenci mládeže a opatření, která jim jsou později ukládána.

Bachelor thesis deals with the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic with focus on children and teen-aged. It describes the activities of the probation and mediation service, history, explained what probation and mediation means.
