Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá trendy v tvorbě nápojového a jídelního lístku. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na trendy z hlediska obsahové nabídky pokrmů a nápojů, marketingu, legislativy, grafiky, estetiky a gastronomických trendů.
