Tato práce se zaměřuje na syntézu pozitivně nabitých stříbrných nanočástic pro citlivou analýzu diklofenaku povrchem zesílenou Ramanovou spektroskopií (SERS). Pozitivní povrchový náboj je slibný předpoklad pro dosažení minimální vzdálenosti mezi nanočásticí a anionickým diklofenakem. Tato blízkost je důležitá pro intenzivní zesílení Ramanova signálu. Abstract:
This thesis aims at the synthesis of positively charged silver nanoparticles for sensitive analysis of diclofenac by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). The positive surface charge is a promising prerequisite for achieving the minimal distance between the nanoparticle and anionic diclofenac, being required for the best enhancement of its Raman signal.
