Tato práce se zabývá statistickými metodami používanými v analýze přežití. Hlavním tématem je odhad rizikové funkce. Jsou zde představeny dva typy jádrových odhadů rizikové funkce. Tyto odhady závisí na výběru jádra a především vyhlazovacího parametru, proto je zde uvedeno několik metod pro jeho nalezení. Abstract:
This thesis deals with statistical methods used in survival analysis. The leading topic is estimation of hazard function. Two types of estimation of hazard function are presented here. These estimations depend on kernel selection and especially on bandwidth selection; hence several methods for obtaining bandwidth are introduced there.
