Abstract:
Cílem práce je vytvoření pracovního listu, který má zefektivnit a obohatit výuku. Součástí práce je ověření užití vypracovaného pracovního listu na jedno zvolené téma ve výuce odborného výcviku v odbytovém středisku učebního oboru kuchař-číšník.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to create a worksheet with the purpose of making lessons more effective and enriched. The thesis includes verification of use of the worksheet for a chosen topic in vocational training lessons at a sales centre of a cook-waiter study field.
