The use of DNA analysis in criminology
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou DNA a jejich metod, které se využívají při analýze DNA v kriminalistice. Mezi hlavní cíle této práce patří popis a význam genetických metod v kriminalistice, zajištění kriminalistických stop, přímá a nepřímá identifikace, první a nejpoužívanější metoda analýzy DNA, jejich charakteristika, postupy a porovnání.
Abstract:
This work deals with DNA analysis and methods, which are used in DNA analysis in forensics. The basic goals of this work include the description and importance of genetic methods in forensics, ensuring forensic traces, direct and indirect identification, the first and most used method of DNA analysis, its characteristics, procedures and comparisons.
