Problematika vadného držení těla je v současnosti velmi široký pojem. Přesto je však důležité se jím zabývat, především z hlediska prevence některých strukturálních onemocnění. Problems of poor posture is a therm of very wide comprehension nowadays. Despite of this it is important to be engaged in it, mainly in therm of prevention some structural disorders.
