Design and implementation of input multiplexer card for measurement chassis MX2400

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vstupní multiplexerové karty pro měřící ústřednu MX2400. První kapitola obsahuje rozbor požadavků ICT, FT a WH testů, porovnání testerů a multiplexerových karet dostupných na trhu. Druhá kapitola provádí rozbor spínačů pro vstupní multiplexerové karty a dále uvádí rozdíly, výhody a nevýhody elektromechanických a polovodičových spínačů. Ve třetí kapitole je provedena analýza a výběr nejvhodnějších spínačů s ohledem na požadavky. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsán návrh zapojení spínače a jeho řízení. V páté kapitole jsou popsány všechny části obvodového zapojení, přičemž tato kapitola je rozdělena na jednotlivé části multiplexerové karty. Návrh plošného spoje, rozmístění součástek se nachází v kapitole šesté. V sedmé kapitole je vzorový testovací program v prostředí funTEST. V osmé kapitole je měření stávající a nově navržené multiplexerové karty a jejich porovnání. V deváté kapitole je ekonomické zhodnocení nově navržené karty.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the multiplexer input card for measuring chassis MX2400. The first chapter provides an analysis of the requirements of ICT, FT and WH tests, comparison testers and multiplexer cards available on the market. The second chapter performs the analysis of switches for multiplexer input cards and presents the differences, advantages and disadvantages of electromechanical and semiconductor switches. The third chapter includes analysis and selection of the most appropriate switches chosen according to the requirements. In the fourth chapter is described the design of the switch and its driving. Fifth chapter describes the design of all parts of input card, this chapter is divided into parts according to the parts of multiplexer card. PCB proposal and component placement are in the sixth chapter. In the seventh chapter is an example of testing program in funTEST environment. The eight chapter explains and presents measuring and comparison of the existing and newly designed card. The economic evaluation of newly designed card is described in the ninth chapter.
