Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je odměňování členů statutárních orgánů. Cílem práce je teoretické zpracování problematiky odměňování statutárních orgánů. Dalším cílem práce je analýza systému odměňování statutárních orgánů ve společnosti ČEZ, a.s. Dílčím cílem práce je komparace současné a minulé právní úpravy v oblasti odměňování statutárních orgánů. V teoretické části práce je psáno o jednotlivých druzích obchodních společností, o odměňování statutárních orgánů a formách odměňování. V analytické části práce dojde ke srovnání stávající právní úpravy odměňování statutárních orgánů s právní úpravou minulou. Poté je zde analyzován systém odměňování statutárních orgánů u akciové společnosti ČEZ, a.s.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the remuneration of members of statutory bodies. The aim of this work is theoretical treatment of remuneration of statutory bodies. Another aim is to analyze the remuneration of statutory bodies in the company ČEZ, as The operational objective is to compare current and past legislation relating to the remuneration of statutory bodies. The theoretical part is written on various types of companies, the remuneration of statutory bodies and forms of remuneration. The analytical part there is a comparison of the existing legislation remuneration of statutory bodies with the legislation of the past. Then there's the analyzed system of remuneration of statutory bodies at ČEZ.
