Abstract:
Po vstupu do krve, se léčiva vážou na plazmatické proteiny, zejména na albumin. Tyto interakce mají velký vliv na farmakokinetické i farmakodynamické vlastnosti léčiv. Vazba na proteiny může být ovlivněna také kompetujícím léčivem. Proto je při vývoji a testování nových léčiv kladen důraz na podrobné prostudování těchto dějů. Abstract:
The drugs, after entry into the blood, bind to plasma proteins especially to albumin. These interactions have a significant effect on the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics properties of drugs. The binding can be also influenced by competing drug. Therefore these processes are studied and tested in the development of new drugs.
