In this Bachelor thesis I write about fluorescence in situ hybridization method, specifics of flurescent microscopy like subtype of standard light microscopy, and steps of working with fluorescently labeled probe. V tejto bakalárskej práci je rozobraná metodika fluorescenčnej in situ hybridizácie, špecifiká fluorescenčnej mikroskopie, ako podtypu svetelnej mikroskopie, a spôsob prípravy preparátu značeného fluorescenčnou sondou.
