Cílem mé práce je přiblížit vyvlastnění jako nejzávažnější zásah do práva vlastnického. Tato problematika je velmi složitá a doplněná řadou rozhodnutí nejrůznějších soudů České republiky, ale i Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. The goal of my work is to approach expropriation as the most serious interference into rights of ownership. This issue is very complex and supported by several decisions of various courts of the Czech Republic as well as European Court of Human Rights.
