Aplikácia metód ohodnocovania majetku podniku v praxi

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe and explain the process of the enterprise evaluation in its whole complexity, to explain and describing of the basic aspects and methods of the evaluation. In our work we tried to summarize approaches to business valuation in Slovak Republic by the adaptation of business valuating applied in a process of „squeeze out“ and also by its valid adaptation.
Abstract:
Cieľom práce je opísať a vysvetliť proces ohodnocovania podniku v celej jeho komplexnosti, vysvetlenie a opísanie základných aspektov a metód ohodnocovania podniku . V práci sme sa pokúsili sumarizovať prístupy k ohodnocovaniu podnikov v Slovenskej republike podľa úpravy ohodnocovania podnikov uplatnenej v procese „squeeze out“ podľa jej v súčasnosti platnej úpravy.
