Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá využitím vodivých polymerů v oblasti tisku a jiných technik nanášení. V práci jsou podobrobně popsány procesy syntézy, přípravy a optimalizace barev na bázi disperzí vodivých polymerů. Dále jsou v práci využity různé techniky tisku a nanášení tenkých vrstev, které jsou vzájemně porovnány. Rozdíly ve výsledných vlastnostech vodivých polymerních vrstev připravených pomocí různých technik nanášení jsou dále diskutovány. V závěru práce je naznačeno možné využtí připravených disperzních systémů a zmíněných technik nanášení pro přípravu elektronických součástek.

Abstract:

This work deals with the application of conducting polymers by means of printing and coating. The synthesis, preparation and optimization of the conducting polymer dispersion inks are described. Various printing and coating techniques are applied for the thin film deposition and mutually compared. Futhermore, the differences in the properties of the conducting polymer films, which were prepared using different deposition techniques, are discussed. Finally, the application of the prepared inks using the studied deposition processes for the fabrication of electronic devices is demonstrated as well.
