Providing Travel Allowances in Practice

Abstract:

Potřeba osobního kontaktu pracovníků firem se svými obchodními partnery či zákazníky je úzce spojená s cestováním, u něhož je vždy nutné řešit problematiku vyplácení cestovních náhrad. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických východisek zhodnotit vyplácení cestovních náhrad zaměstnancům při výkonu práce na tuzemských a zahraničních pracovních cestách v konkrétní firmě. V teoretické části práce je objasněna problematika cestovních náhrad související s tuzemskými i zahraničními pracovními cestami, včetně daňového dopadu na zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu a zhodnocení poskytování cestovních náhrad ve firmě, jejíž zaměstnanci jezdí na tuzemské i zahraniční služební cesty. Lze konstatovat, že nebyly zjištěny žádné vážnější nedostatky a způsob, jakým jsou cestovní náhrady poskytovány, je vzhledem k možnostem firmy vhodný.

Abstract:

The need for personal contact of company employees with their business partners or customers is closely linked to travel, for which it is always necessary to address the issue of travel allowances. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is based on the theoretical basis to evaluate the payment of travel allowances to employees in the performance of work on domestic and foreign business trips in a particular company. The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the issue of travel allowances related to domestic and foreign business trips, including the tax impact on employers and employees. The practical part of the work contains an analysis and evaluation of the provision of travel allowances in a company whose employees go on domestic and foreign business trips. It can be observed that no serious deficiencies have been identified and the way in which travel allowances are provided is appropriate with respect to the company's capabilities.
