Abstract:
Cílem práce je posoudit ochranu menšinových akcionářů při nuceném přechodu účastnických cenných papírů. Úvodní části práce jsou zaměřeny na seznámení se základními termíny týkajícími se akciových společností a akcií. The purpose of this thesis is to assess the protection of the minority shareholders in the case of the compulsory sale of the shares. The introductory parts are focused on interpretation of basic terms concerning joint-stock companies and shares.
