Changes In Vaccination Efficacy During Immunosenescence
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá mechanismy a účinností očkování v raném a pozdním věku dospělosti, a ve stáří. Účinnost vakcín je představena na příkladech nemocí chřipky, tetanu, záškrtu, horečky Dengue, žluté zimnici, covidu-19 a černého kašle. Práce popisuje imunosenescenční změny specifické a nespecifické imunity a význam na účinnost očkování.
Abstract:
This dissertation focuses on the mechanisms and effectivity of vaccination in the early and late stages of adulthood, and late stages of life. The effectivity of vaccination is presented using examples of influenza, tetanus, diphtheria, Dengue fever, yellow fever, covid-19 and pertussis.
