Modern organizational forms and their suggestion for company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá organizačními formami a analýzou organizačního schématu zvolené společnosti. Nejprve jsou v práci analyzovány jednotlivé organizační formy a s nimi prvky a aspekty, kterými jsou tyto formy charakteristické. V organizační struktuře jsou vyhledávány taková místa, u kterých je možné nalézt určité nedostatky. Tyto nedostatky jsou v této práci podrobně rozebrány a následně jsou navrhovány změny, které mají za úkol tyto nedostatky odstranit. Návrhy jsou směřovány na úpravy organizačních stupňů a články hierarchického uspořádání, na problematiku odpovědností a pravomocí pracovníků, dále je analyzována komunikační a rozpětí řízení ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with organizational forms and analyze the organizational chart of chosen company. In the beginning are analyzed individual organizational charts and elements and aspects characteristic for these forms. In the analyzed organizational structure are sought those kind of places where it is possible to find some irregularities. Those shortcomings are analyzed in detail and subsequently are proposed changes, which are designed to fix these deficiencies. The proposals are especially focused on modification of organizational levels and hierarchical arrangement of cells, issues of responsibilities and competencies of workers, further analysis is focused on communication and span of control in the analyzed company.
