Abstract:

Na pozadí vývoje umělé inteligence v posledních letech je generativní umělá inteligence jednou z oblastí, která způsobila revoluci v našem vnímání této technologie. Cílem této studie je využít sílu velkých jazykových modelů a začlenit ji do automatizovaných obchodních systémů pro investiční doporučení. Jako jsou velké jazykové modely, které budou spuštěny jako agenti a budou provádět srovnávací analýzu na základě předem definovaných dotazů, pro toto byly vybrány modely GPT jako GPT-3.5, GPT-4 a GPT-4-turbo od společnosti Open AI. Vybrané LLM modely využívají 4 významné strategie (Gap Trading, Trend Following, Fibonnaci Retracement a Mean Reversion), které poskytují odpověď na 7 předem definovaných dotazů. Klíčová zjištění ukazují, že GPT-4-Turbo si mezi LLM vedl mimořádně dobře a dokázal propojit všechny strategie podle jejich nejvyššího potenciálu. Aplikace generativní umělé inteligence v oblasti obchodování se v posledních několika letech postupně rozšiřuje, ale pro začínajícího investora, obchodníka je stále obtížné jejich použití. Cílem této studie je taktéž konkretizace literatury, která se této oblasti týká. Tato studie také poskytuje bota využívajícího agenty, který může pomoci potenciálním novým investorům a obchodníkům lépe a efektivněji porozumět finanční oblasti.

Abstract:

Amidst the progression of artificial intelligence in the recent years, generative AI is the one of the fields that has revolutionalized how we perceived the technology. The aim of this study is to use the power of large language models and incorporate it in automated trading systems for investment recommendations. GPT models like GPT-3.5, GPT-4 and GPT-4-turbo by Open AI has been selected as the large language model to run as agents and to perform a comparative analysis based on predefined queries. The selected LLM models employs 4 significant strategies (Gap Trading, Trend Following, Fibonnaci Retracement and Mean Reversion) to provide answer for 7 predefined queries. The key findings indicate the GPT-4-Turbo performed exceedingly well among the LLM‘s and was able to relate all the strategies according to their highest potential. The application of generative AI in trading field has been progressively in the last couple of years but for a new investor, trader it is still a quandary. This study aims to concretise the grey literature regarding it. This study also provides the bot using the agents which can help the potential new investors and traders to understand the financial field in a better and efficient way.
