Abstract:
Diplomová práce s názvem "Čas jako právní skutečnost" se zabývá problematikou času jako nejvýznamnější právní skutečnosti a jeho následné aplikaci v zákoně č. 337/1992 Sb., o správě daní a poplatků a zákoně č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád.
Abstract:
The diploma work called “Time as Legal Fact” is concerned in the term “time” as the most significant a legal matter of fact. The diploma work is also dealing with application of code nr. 337/1992 Sb., o správě daní a poplatků and code nr. 280/2009 Sb., tax code)
