Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá českou právní úpravou chovu zvířat vyžadujících zvláštní péči s konkrétním zaměřením na chov vybraných druhů šelem. The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the Czech legal regulation of breeding of animals requiring special care with a specific focus on the breeding of selected species of beasts of burden. The thesis focuses mainly on the new Decree No. 213/2022 Coll., which changed the conditions for breeding of these animals.
