Study of salmonellae characteristics isolated from humans, animals and food-stuffs
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na typizaci izolátů rodu Salmonella získaných z humánních, zvířecích a potravinových zdrojů v období od listopadu 2009 do února 2011.K typizaci byly použity metody genotypové i fenotypové a byla vyhodnocena rozlišovací schopnost jednotlivých metod v došetřování epidemií.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with typization of isolates of genus Salmonella obtained from humans, animals and food-stuffs collected from November 2009 to February 2011.Genotypic as well as phenotypic methods were used. Also discrimination ability of the methods used in this thesis was monitored.
