Investment plan for the development of a family farm

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce, investiční záměr pro rozvoj rodinné farmy se zabývá problematikou spojenou s chovem skotu na území České republiky. Teoretická část je vázána na obeznámení s technologiemi spojenými s produkcí mléka, ale i celkové hovězí produkce. Cílem praktické části této práce bylo zhodnotit jeden zvolený podnik zaobírajíce se zemědělskou výrobou. V rámci popisu došlo k nastavení nového podnikatelského plánu, který se odvíjel od tradičního chodu farmy, byl však obohacen o zakoupení nových technologií a modernizaci veškerých prostor. V návaznosti byla dalším krokem stanovena kalkulace nákladů spojených s renovací, od čehož se poté odvíjelo financování projektu. Tato část byla doplněna o výpočty, které prokazují vhodnost investice. Závěr práce je věnován porovnání současného stavu s nově nastolenými podmínkami v rámci rekonstrukce, které jednoznačně prokazují zvýšení zisku.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis, investment plan for the development of a family farm deals with issue with cattle breeding in Czech Republic. The theoretical part includes bind with technologies associated with milk production as well as beef production. The aim of the practical part of this work was to evaluate one selected company dealing with agricultural production. As part of the description, a new business plan was set, which was based on the traditional operation of the farm, but was enriched by the purchase of new technologies and modernization of all premises. Following this, the next step was to calculate the costs associated with the renovation, from which the financing of the project was then derived. This part has been enriched with calculations that prove the suitability of the investment. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the comparison of the current state with the newly established conditions within the reconstruction, which clearly demonstrate an increase in profit.
