Customer Implementation of ERP System Helios Green and system parametrization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zavádění ERP systému u konkrétního zákazníka. Cílem práce je parametrizace vybraného modulu ERP systému zaměřeného na účetnictví včetně nastavení dimenzí potřebných pro controllingové sestavy. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí. V první teoretické části je popsána podstata ERP systému se svými přínosy pro podnik. Dále se tato část zabývá zaváděním ERP systému od vzniku potřeby nového systému v podniku až po jeho spuštění do ostrého provozu. V druhé praktické části je pozornost zaměřena na reálnou implementaci modulu Účetnictví a jeho parametrizaci vedoucí k naplnění požadavků a potřeb zákazníka. Parametrizace je zaměřená na zajištění rozdílného pohledu na výkaznictví dle Českých účetních standardů a dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů a na nastavení controllingových dimenzí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the ERP system implementation for a specific customer. The aim of this work is the parameterization of a selected ERP system module dedicated to accounting, including the setting of dimensions needed for controlling reports. The work is split into two parts. The first part, the theoretical one, describes the essence of the ERP system with its benefits for the company. Furthermore, this part deals with the implementation of the ERP system - from the beginning when the official demand is created to the final step when commissioning of the full system is started and finalized. The second part, the practical one, is focused on the real implementation of the Accounting module and its parameterization leading to the fulfilment of customer requirements and needs. Parameterization is focused on ensuring a different view of reporting according to Czech Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards and on setting controlling dimensions.
