Underwriting proces of industrial property risks

Abstract:

V diplomové práci je podroben analýze soubor všech činností, který ovlivňuje úpis průmyslových podnikatelských rizik za účelem demonstrování rozsáhlosti potřebných znalostí, pro přijetí a úpis rizika. V případové studii jsou zpracovány fiktivní historické nabídky pojištění za účelem zachycení vývoje sazební politiky v letech 1991 až po současnost. Zjištěné výsledky jsou následně propojeny s údaji získanými z výročních zpráv České asociace pojišťoven z let 1997 až 2010 za pojištění průmyslu a podnikatelů. Na jednoduchém modelu je zachycen vývoj trendu. Modelová situace je podkladem pro konstatování závěrů a východisek.

Abstract:

The set of all activities affecting the industrial business risks in order to demonstrate the breadth of knowledge needed for acceptance and underwriting risk is analyzed in this thesis. In the case study are processed fictional historical range of insurance to reflect the developments in tariff policy from 1991 to the present. The results discovered are then linked with data obtained from annual reports of the Czech Insurance Association from 1997 to 2010 for industrial and business insurance. The development of the trend was captured on a simple model. This situation model is the basis for finding of the conclusions and searching for solutions.
