Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou odpovědnosti za vady při prodeji zboží v obchodě, tedy převážně ve spotřebitelských smlouvách, dle aktuální právní úpravy v občanském zákoníku. The thesis occupies legal responsibility for defects in the sale of goods, i.e. mainly in consumer contracts, according to the current legislation in the civil code. The text compares earlier legislations with the current.
