Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě finanční analýzy zhodnotit finanční zdraví vybraného podniku a stanovit jeho hodnotu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje teoretickému vymezení problematiky finanční analýzy a ocenění podniku. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the selected company and to determine its value based on financial analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts.
