Tato diplomové práce se zabývá studiem procesu plazmové polymerizace vrstev obsahující epoxidovou skupinu v nízkotlakém pulzním radiofrekvenčním kapacitně vázaném výboji za použití monomeru allyl glycidyl etheru. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study of plasma polymerization of thin films with epoxy groups in low pressure radiofrequency capacitively coupled plasma using monomer allyl glycidyl ether. Thin films containing epoxy group are used as platforms for immobilization of biomolecules due to their very high reactivity.
