Bakalářská práce se zabývá radioterapeutickou léčbou karcinomu prostaty a její toxicitou. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a patologie prostaty, dále epidemiologie, klasifikace, diagnostika a léčba karcinomu prostaty, ale především se zaměřuje na radioterapii a její nežádoucí účinky. The core of this bachelor's thesis is the radiotherapy treatment for prostate cancer and its toxicity. The theoretical part contains a brief description of anatomy, pathology, epidemiology, classification and treatment of prostate cancer and concentrates especially on radiotherapy contraindications.
