Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí zkoušky spolehlivosti. Nejdříve věnuje pozornost vymezení základních pojmů, následuje objasnění historického vývoje inspekčních orgánů. Seznamuje s právní úpravou zkoušky spolehlivosti a zároveň se také zaměřuje na právní důsledky, jež mohou plynout z realizace zkoušky spolehlivosti. The Bachelor thesis deals with the field of reliability testing. First it pays attention to the definition of basic concepts, followed by a clarification of the historical development of inspection authorities. It introduces legislation to the reliability test, while also focusing on the legal consequences that can result from the implementation of the reliability test.
