Abstract:
Téma práce se zabývá důkazy a dokazování v trestním řízení. Je to velmi rozsáhlé téma vzhledem k tomu, že celé dokazování má plno odvětví a každá část práce by mohla zastoupit jednu samostatnou práci z důvodu její rozsáhlosti. Cílem práce je přiblížit, jak dokazování probíhá a co přináší. V bakalářské práci je čerpáno z odborné literatury a oblasti judikatury.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis deals with evidence and evidence in criminal proceedings. It is a very large topic due to the fact that the whole of the evidence is full of sectors and each part of the work could replace one separate work due to its extensiveness.
