Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat podnikovou kulturu a její vliv na efektivnost a rozvoj podniku. Postup je následující. Prvním krokem je srovnat již existující hodnoty a normy se žádoucími. Míra souladu mezi existujícími a žádoucími hodnotami a normami ukazuje sílu podnikové kultury.
