Abstract:
V současné době je ekonomicky diskutovaným problémem penzijní reforma. Stávající důchodový systém, který je založen na příspěvcích ekonomicky aktivních pracujících, nestačí financovat výdaje na důchody. Možností, jak tento systém změnit neexistuje několik. New pension scheme is considered the top economic issue at present. Current pension scheme based on contributions from economically active workers is not sufficient to cover the pension expenditures.
