Controlling Performance Indicators Design Based on Formulated Strategic Priorities in Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení controllingových indikátorů výkonosti k definovaným strategickým prioritám společnosti SKF Lubrication Systems CZ, s. r. o. Práce se skládá ze sedmi navazujících částí. První část se věnuje představení zvolené organizace včetně analýzy jejího podnikatelského prostředí. Následuje analýza výkonnosti společnosti z hlediska finančního, kdy jsou určité ukazatele porovnány s oborem jejího působení, ale i nefinančního. Dále se práce zaměřuje na představení poslání a vize podniku, ze které jsou formulovány strategické cíle pro dvouletý výhled. Na stanovené cíle již navazuje sestavení finančního plánu, který obsahuje výkaz zisku a ztráty, rozvahu a cash flow pro plánované období. Další část práce se věnuje analýze rizik ohrožujících naplnění finančního plánu, jakož i cílů podniku. Ke zjištěným reálným klíčovým rizikům a formulovaným strategickým prioritám jsou navrženy controllingové indikátory výkonnosti, které jsou rozděleny na zpožděné a předstižné. Soubor navržených controllingových indikátorů je následně hodnotově vymezen. Poslední kapitola je věnována návrhu reportu ke stanoveným indikátorům výkonosti a jeho zásadám pro zpracování a sdílení.

Abstract:

The Master's thesis is focused on establishing controlling performance indicators for the defined strategic priorities of SKF Lubrication Systems CZ, s.r.o. The thesis consists of seven consecutive parts. The first part is devoted to the introduction of the company, including an analysis of its business environment. This is followed by an analysis of the company's performance from a financial, but also non-financial, point of view, comparing certain indicators with its field of activity. Next, the paper focuses on the presentation of the mission and vision of the company, which are used to formulate strategic goals for the two-year outlook. The set goals are followed by the preparation of a financial plan, which includes a profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow for the planned period. The next part analyses the risks threatening the fulfilment of the financial plan and the company's goals. Controlling performance indicators are proposed in relation to the identified real key risks and formulated strategic priorities, divided into lagging and leading indicators. The set of proposed controlling indicators is subsequently defined in terms of value. The last chapter is concerned with the draft report on the performance indicators and the principles if its preparation and sharing.
