Práce se zabývá strategiemi hledání pracovního místa u absolventů vysokých škol. Cílem je zjistit, jaké strategie hledání pracovního místa si absolventi vysokých škol vytvářejí. Teoretická část práce pojednává o hledání pracovního místa jako o procesu, na jehož pozadí vzniká strategie.
