Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast participačních práv dítěte v paternitních věcech. Jsou zde uvedeny mezinárodní dokumenty, ze kterých právní úprava České republiky vychází a také uveden vývoj problematiky v průběhu času v České republice. In this work the international documents are stated, which is legislation of Czech Republic based on and also an evolution of this issue over time in Czech Republic is analysed.
