Tématem bakalářské práce je volba právní formy podnikání pro vybrané druhy podnikatelských činností. Tato práce je použita na začínající podnikání slečny Čechurové, která je na úplném začátku a rozhoduje se, v jaké právní formě podnikání bude svou podnikatelskou činnost provozovat. The theme of my thesis is the choice of legal form of business for selected types of business activities. The thesis is based on Ms. Cechurova’s starting business, which is at the very beginning and she has to decide which legal form of business to choose.
