Personal computer as assistive technology for people with sensory impairments
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zrakovým, sluchovým, duálním senzorickým postižením a důsledky těchto postižení. Zjišťuje, jaké možnosti nabízí osobám s tímto postižením běžný osobní počítač s operačním systémem Windows 7, věnuje se výběru LCD monitoru a zabývá se některým softwarem pro práci s vizuálními a akustickými informacemi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the visual, auditory, dual sensory disabilities and their implications. It explores possibilities of ordinary PC running Windows 7 for people with sensory disabilities, provides information about LCD monitor selections and deals with some software for working with visual and acoustic information.
