Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na snížení uhlíkové stopy ve vinařství díky odchytávání kvasných plynů a jejich opětovného využití. Literární část se zabývá kapitolami uhlíkové stopy ať už všeobecně, tak i konkrétně v oboru vinařství. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the reduction of the carbon footprint in winemaking through the capture and reuse of fermentation gases. The literature section deals with chapters on carbon footprint both in general and specifically in the wine industry.
