The positive and negative aspects of the foster care system from the perspective of foster parents

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit pozitiva a negativa systému náhradní rodinné péče se zaměřením na péči pěstounskou z pohledu zainteresovanějších jedinců. Co je jejich hlavní motivací a proč si právě vybrali tuto formu náhradní rodinné péče. Analyzovat stávající systém náhradní rodinné péče, přiblížit a lépe identifikovat problematiku dnešního systému a odkrýt tak rub i líc širší veřejnosti. K tomuto zjištění jsem použila kvalitativního výzkumu a metodu strukturovaného interview.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis was to find the positives and negatives of the foster care system with a focus on foster care from the perspective more interested individuals. What is their main motivation and why he just chose this form of foster care. Analyze the current system of foster care, closer and better identify the problems of the present system and reveal a mixed blessing wider public. This finding, I used a qualitative research method and a structured interview.
