Anotace Bakalářská práce pojednává o ilegální imigraci do Spojených států amerických a vzděláváním ilegálních přistěhovalců. V roce 1982 Nejvyšší soud v USA rozhodl, že děti, které v USA pobývají ilegálně, mají právo studovat na státních školách bez ohledu na svůj statut. Annotation The bachelor thesis deals with undocumented immigrants in the USA and their educational rights. In 1982, the United States Supreme Court ruled that undocumented children could attend public schools regardless their non-legal status.
