Abstract:
Táto práca sa zameriava na vizualizáciu proteinových štruktúr a ich tunelov na prenosných zariadeniach. Najprv popisujeme existujúce aplikácie, ktoré zobrazujú proteinové štruktúry, následne predstavíme vlastnú implementáciu pre platformu android. Naša aplikácia umožňuje užívateľovi zobraziť molekuly pomocou štandardných vizualizačných modelov, ako napr. "balls and sticks" a "secondary structures" …more
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on visualization of protein structures and their tunnels on portable devices such as smartphones and tablets. First we describe the existing applications that visualize protein structures, then we introduce our own implementation for Android platform.
