Urnfield and hallstatt period in Slovak upland country
Abstract:
This study gives a comprehensive view on the settlement development in Urnfield and Hallstatt period in the region of Slovak Central Mountains. The main part of examined cemetries make Lusatian culture burial grounds from Zvolen–Balkán, Žiar nad Hronom– Horné Opatovce, and older material of A. Kmeťs research. Abstract:
Predkladaná práca podáva komplexný pohľad na vývoj osídlenia v období popolnicových polí a dobe halštatskej v oblasti Slovenského stredohoria. Základ analýzy tvoria pohrebiská lužickej kultúry Zvolen-Balkán a Žiar nad Hronom-Horné Opatovce, ako i starší materiál z výskumov A. Kmeťa. Prácu ďalej dopĺňa kompletný katalóg lokalít a grafické prílohy materiálu.
