Bakalářská práce se zabývá souhrnnou analýzou konkrétního soudního řízení vedeného výhradně elektronicky. Výhodou takto vedených sporů je urychlení samotného soudního řízení. Práce zhodnotí problematiku v celorepublikovém měřítku. Obsah teoretické části práce shrne proces podávání soudních návrhů ve sledovaném řízení. The bachelor’s thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of a specific court proceeding conducted exclusively electronically. The advantage of such disputes is the acceleration of the court proceedings themselves. The thesis evaluates the issue on a national scale.
