The External Dimension of the EU Energy Policy - the European Commission as a policy entrepreneur
Abstract:
Disertační práce se soustředí na roli, kterou zaujímá Evropská komise v procesu vytváření vnější dimenze evropské energetické politiky. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vývoje mocenské pozice mezi členskými zeměmi a Evropskou komisí. Pro dosažení cíle práce využívá autorka modelu Johna W. Kingdona a jeho teorie více proudů.
Abstract:
The dissertation thesis examines the role of the European Commission in the process of the European Union's Common Energy Policy. The main attention is focused on its external dimension. As a main research tool, the Kingdon´s Multiple Streams Theory is used.
