Abstract:

Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na průzkum a restaurování fragmentů barokní vápencové sochy světice č. 1 (sbírkový předmět Českého muzea stříbra v Kutné Hoře). Hlavní pozornost teoretické části práce je věnována možnostem využití vápenných nanosuspenzí pro konsolidaci silně degradovaného kutnohorského biodetritického vápence, ze kterého je socha zhotovena, z důvodu jejich materiálové kompatibility s původním typem pojiva. Diplomová práce je strukturována jako restaurátorská zpráva, do níž je jako nedílná součást včleněna teoretická neboli experimentální část práce zaměřená na výběr vhodného konsolidantu pro restaurovaný objekt. Těžištěm experimentální části práce je odzkoušení dostupných konsolidantů na bázi Ca(OH)2 a jejich srovnání s prostředky na bázi TEOS pro strukturální konsolidaci kutnohorského vápence.

Abstract:

Practical part of the thesis is focused on the investigation and restoration of fragments of limestone baroque statue of The Saint No. 1 (the object from the Czech Muzeum of Silver collections in Kutna Hora). Theoretical part deals with possibilities for use of lime nanosuspensions for consolidation of heavily degraded biodetritic Kutna Hora limestone, from which the statue was made. The aim was to conserve the statue with a consolidation agent providing a binder compatible with the original one. The thesis is structured like a restoration report with incorporated theoretical and experimental work as an integral part of the whole thesis. Experimental part is focused on the selection of suitable consolidant for the conservation of the statue. The basis of the experiment is testing of different consolidants based on Ca(OH)2 nanosuspensions and their comparison with strengthening agents based on TEOS for structural consolidation of Kutna Hora limestone.
